Yes, the Patanjali University BA application form can be submitted offline. To do so, students can visit the university's admissions office located at its campus. At the office, they can collect the form, fill it, and submit it along with the application fees, i.e., INR 1,000. Other than this, students also submit the form by post. To do so, students must send a bank draft of INR 1,050 in favour of “University of Patanjali” payable at Haridwar.

Hey! I checked this while applying too. For BA (Hons) Economics at Hindu College, you need to choose English or any other language, Maths or Applied Maths (this one is compulsory), and then two more domain subjects. It's better if at least one of those is related to economics like Economics, Business Studies, or Accountancy. I went with English, Maths, Economics, and Business Studies. Also, having Maths in 12th is a must for this course.
