Yes, you can apply for admission to the B.A. History programme at Cluster University without appearing for the CUET. The university provides opportunities for non-CUET candidates to apply for leftover seats. For instance, in September 2024, Amar Singh College, a constituent college of Cluster University Srinagar, invited non-CUET applicants for counseling and document verification for various programs, including B.A. History.

To convert your distance BA to a regular BA, you need to check if your university allows migration from distance to regular mode. Some universities permit this under specific conditions. You may need to apply for migration, meet attendance requirements, and possibly clear an entrance or interview. Contact your university's admission office for detailed guidelines.

Yes, according to the recent UGC guidelines, students can study two degrees at the same time, one in regular mode and the other in online or distance mode. This implies it is legally permitted to study an MBBS degree in regular mode and also take admission in a BA degree in online mode. Nevertheless, you need to ensure that both universities accept this arrangement and that there are no NMC restrictions from the Medical Council of India on further degree programs during MBBS. It is best to inquire with your MBBS school and the provider of the BA programme to ensure that they are compliant with their regulations.

The last cut-off for admission to the B.A. Political Science at Fergusson College for 2024 was approximately 92-95% for the general category. For those with reserved category status, around 85% is considered cutoff. It's quite competitive given the name of the college, but these cutoff marks are subject to change every year based on applicants and marks secured. Hope this helps!
