There is no age limit for BA admissions but you should have a 10+2 certificate for admission in Delhi University 

An online BA from IGNOU is a three-year programme, divided into six semesters. It is not possible to complete this online degree in one year from this institute.  

After completing your online BA from a UGC-recognised and/or accredited institute, you can ideally pursue an IGNOU MA course in the same or related subject.
