Presidency University, Kolkata admissions 2024 for BA course will start soon. The university offers eight BA courses in two streams, i.e., Humanities and Social Science and Science. The eligibility for the course is to pass Class 12 with 60% to 65% aggregate and the selection criteria is through PUBDET. No, in order to get admission for BA at Presidency University, Kolkata the student have to pass PUBDET entrance exam. Candidates can choose the exam centre the nearest to them. However, candidates are advised that once the application form is submitted, the candidate can not change their exam centre so be careful.The allocation of the PUBDET exam centres was based on the choices gave by the candidate during the online form fill up. However, the centre mentioned will be final and no changes will be made. No request for change of allocated centre will be entertained under normal circumstances.

In Rajdhani College  for B.A the required percentile is 97-99 and for B.A (Hons) the required percentile is 97-99,

Yes, students who are looking for BA admission at Presidency University, Kolakata need to appear and pass PUBDET entrance exam. To know the eligibility for PUBDET exam, students can check the points mentioned below:

  • Candidates should have cleared higher secondary examination (Class 12) that is conducted by CBSE, West Bengal or equivalent exam, not before 2020.
  • The candidate must pass Class 12 with at least five recognised subjects, including English language and excluding Environmental Science. The aggregate is to be calculated in the best four recognised subjects.

It is a good college to get a good career in hospitality. Coming to placements, all students got placed in companies. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). Companies like Marriot, Taj, ITC, etc., visit our college. Some students went abroad for internships.
