For admission to the BA programme at the Jindal School of Journalism and Communication, the following entrance exam scores are accepted:

JSAT (Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test):A score of 55% or equivalent (SAT, ACT, LSAT-India) is required. The JSAT is an online entrance exam administered by OP Jindal Global University (JGU) for admission to its undergraduate programs.

SAT, ACT or LSAT-India: These standardized tests are also accepted for admission to the BA program.

In addition to the entrance exam scores, the holistic admissions process at Jindal School of Journalism and Communication also considers other factors such as personal statements, supplemental applications, X and XII grade marks, faculty interviews and JSAT score.

Madras Christian College, Department of Journalism offers a B.A. in Journalism program with a focus on various fields such as print, broadcast, web designing, research, development, communication, public relations, advertising, and film journalism.

The JSGP uses a holistic admissions process that includes a personal statement, supplemental application, grade marks, personal interview, and Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test (JSAT) score or equivalent (SAT/ACT/CUET). 

The selection process for B.A. (Hons.) Economics and B.A. (Hons.) Public Policy involves evaluation based on an applicant's personal statement, supplementary questions, Class 10+2 scores, faculty interview, and JSAT/SAT/ACT.
