It would have been easier if you could have stated the state/ region, you are seeking to pursue your B.Arch programme. You can apply for JoSAA counseling or regional exam authority counseling for admission. You can participate in the Bachelor of Architecture counselling once it starts. It will be done through JoSAA portal online in next two or three weeks. Please wait till that. And you will fill all the colleges available in the list through online only. The colleges will be allotted as per the ranks. You need not apply separately, all colleges are available in the list of counselling. You can visit JEE Mains official page for more details.

Documents such as photocopy of aadhar card, domicile, 10+2 marksheet, allotment letter, medical certificate, income certificate, caste certificate are required at the time of counseling.
