JEE Main Paper-2 is for getting admission in NITs and GFTIs in asked course. So you can get admission in IITs on the basis of JEE Main Paper-2 marks. You needs to appear in JEE Advanced for getting admission in IITs.

I mean you are eligible but I don't think you will get into any NIT because cutoff goes high and you don't have enough marks for that.

For NITs, you need minimum of 75% in 10+2 and you need to qualify JEE Mains paper 2. For IITs you need minimum of 75% in 10+2 and you need to qualify JEE Mains paper 2 and 1 and then JEE advance and then AAT to be eligible.
