The aspiring candidate is required to register for the BCom LLB programme at Ramaiah College of Law. After this, the eligible candidate is intimated about the RCL Admission Test and the Personal Interview. Even if the candidate has scored the threshold score in CLAT and is exempted from the RCL Admission Test due to this reason, it is still mandatory to have a telephonic interview to complete the selection process for admission and secure a seat at the college.

MS Ramaiah College of Law conducts its own entrance test called RCL Admission Test for admission in BCom LLB. However, if the eligible candidate has successfully registered for the BCom LLB programme and has secured 50% or above in the CLAT exam, then the college may accept the CLAT score in place of the score of RCL Admission Test.

There are no mentions of refunds offered to candidates who decide to cancel their admissions into the IMS Law College BCom LLB course.

The only mention of refunds on the IMS Law College's website is regarding the registration fees which is mentioned as non refundable.

Thus, candidates can expect to not receive any refunds if they choose to cancel their IMS Law College BCom LLB admissions.

The hostel fees for BCom LLB students of IMS Law College is currently unknown. The website of IMS Law College only mentions that the hostel service is available only for girl students.

Thus, the hostel fees is only applicable to girl students, if IMS Law College charges it separately from the tuition fees of the BCom LLB course.
