Yes, you can appear for the UPSC exam after doing a B.Com LL.B 5-year course. UPSC Civil Services Examination allows the candidates who hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. That's what your integrated B.Com LL.B degree provides for you. It would help much if you had some background of law because that would definitely make you shine if you chose law, public administration, or political Science as your optional subject in the Mains exam. Ensure you fulfill all the eligibility criteria, such as age limits and nationality.

Hello,
In Ludhiana, the main place where you can study a B.Com. LL.B. integrated course is CT University.
This is a five-year programme that mixes commerce and law, giving you a complete education in both areas.
While other colleges in Punjab also offer similar combined law programs, CT University is the top choice in Ludhiana.
For example, Lovely Professional University in Jalandhar has a B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) program.
Also, the University Institute of Legal Studies at Panjab University in Chandigarh offers a five-year B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) course.
Hope you get what you asked!
