After completing B.Com, you can do a job, or you can also pursue MBA. It totally depends upon student's interest. And, coming to the other question which you asked, after completing your B.Com you can get banking job. JNU does not have a department in commerce. Undergraduate programmes are only offered by School of Languages. If you are looking for admission to B.Com (Hons) from a Central University, you should try in Delhi University. JNU is a state of art institution purely meant for research. Thank you.
