No you're not eligible for this college as the marks they are asking is 50% aggregate and you've 41%.

Well, in my opinion, if you're very good in accountancy as it's on your tips then you should go for B.Com. It is best suited for a student planning to make his career in the commerce field.

Fill the form online and upload the recent passport size photograph. Take a print later of the filled in the application form by entering Date of Birth and Application Number. Fees for the form is INR 300. You need to be 10+2 passed in commerce stream to be eligible to fill the application form.

It seems difficult as Scottish Church College is very rigid in their admission eligibility rules. Unless you are from a reserved category - then you have a very strong chance of getting through.
