Hi,
That will affect your percentage by 1 to 2.5, because it is not mentioned in list B. If you have a good score in yours boards exams, it will not bother you. And, wait for the cutoff list.

Percentage varies college to college, but minimum 50% is required in 10+2 for doing B.Com.

You need to check the criteria for that, because some colleges have strict cut off of at least 60% in LLB to be eligible for LLM. Some agree on just 55% as well. So, just go through the website for the information regarding the same.

Since you are a B.Com graduate, you are eligible for direct entry route to CMA (cost and management accountancy). So yes, you can apply to intermediate directly.

Graduation is possible without the formal study of 10+2 from distance learning mode like from IGNOU subjected to passing the BPP exam. Bu, for LLB you needs to complete class 12th also. So, you cannot study the LLB without passing class 12th exam.
