It's actually bad they you are still not able to decide for your career. Since you are doing B.Com probably you have interest in Accounting/Finance or Marketing. Further, you need to develop some qualitative and quantitative skills so you can get the desired job (in your desired sector). Because this is very necessary for taking admission in MBA. So, your immediate action should developing the skills and get some internships or projects to build your profile. Experience the corporate world for 2-3 years and then apply for MBA. Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry /Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in the above subjects taken together.
