Hi, I'm in CS Professional level and had done my B.Com from Shyamlal College, University of Delhi. It is always preferred that you do your CS and B.Com simultaneously. If you're not able to get into North or South Campus, get yourself registered in DU SOL and focus more on CS as it is a Professional course and levels after foundation (i.e. Executive and Professional levels) are tough and competitive.

Hi,
Any course is fine for joining NCC.
However, it would be easier for the candidate if he/she goes for BBA as there is no high pressure academically.
