No, you have to clear the compartment in all the subjects you have failed. After that, you will be considered as 12th pass. After clearing the exam you will be eligible for admission in undergraduate courses.

Hi,
No, it is not that you will appear only for final year from this college. You should complete your third year also from your previous university, otherwise you will have to start again from the first year.

Admission process will start only after the XIIth std. results of H.S.C. Maharashtra Board examinations are declared (i.e. by June 1st week). All admissions will be based on merit and as per the reservation policy of Govt. of Maharashtra.
As per the past record, the initial cutoff goes so high above 90% but gradually it comes down. Therefore, score above 81 is good enough for this college.

Hey,
It is not possible to enroll yourself to B.Com course in any university until you have cleared all your subjects from your 12th exams. 12th exams stay as the basis for the admission procedure for further admissions. I would suggest you to complete the back papers and then try. You will definitely find the best career ahead.

No requirement of domicile certificate but the college might ask you for transfer certificate or migration certificate, if that is applicable.

BBA is Bachelor's in business administration. If you do law with that then it will be an additional degree. So, it will be better if you do BBA LL.B as it will be a professional in long run.
