B.Com. Honours is a 3-year full-time undergraduate course, the minimum eligibility for which is a Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 45%. The program is spread over 6 semesters, with the final semester based on the candidates chosen stream of study.

If you see (or search on the website of top US Colleges), you will find that there are very few colleges in the USA or UK, who provide integrated courses. Second thing is, there is no such thing as B.Com rather you will do B.A. (Economics) or Bachelors in administration or B.Sc. In Finance etc. However, I'd recommend you to go for B.Com or BBA first in India and then apply for MBA abroad.

As you have scored 59.6% in class 12th board and 50 percentile in JEE Mains, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But, getting a seat with this score will be difficult. I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges like Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely Professional University etc., as per your interests and convenience.
Best of luck.
