BA and B.Com are two completely different field so, I suggest you to choose one or if you want to do both you can do one from distance/ correspondence and one on regular basis.

Yes, you can do, but why you want to do this, because B.Com is a line after which you can do MBA or M.Com.

Better to take re-exam, as eligibility criteria to sit in the exam for LLB is 45%. But, you can still apply in private colleges and DU CCSU.
