There's no restriction as such. The only thing you need to take care is first of your attendance in the college. Second, pray that your exams in the college do not clash with the CA exams. Most of the students go for CA and B.Com regular so that's not much of an issue. You need to manage your time in such a way that you can give required attention to both the courses. Plus, if at all you go for coaching either for your graduation or CA then again time management is required.

If you can manage your time then you can because CA requires a lot of time commitment for its course module. Some students are opting for this type of combination.

For that, you need to check the admission guidelines of the particular university where you want to apply in the 2nd year.

Definitely, it holds more importance. You can pursue through SOL, but also it will depend on what you do after that.

Regular B.Com is always better than correspondence. There after you can pursue M.Com from DU regularly through entrance test. January to June, DU conducts entrance test every year. You need to score more than 60% in B.Com.

No, doing this will only validate your degree, as according to governments new rules, doing distance courses is a little bit difficult, as the government is shutting down these type of courses.
