That entirely depends on your university/college norms, some colleges allow up to 4 backlogs for second year, and some don't. You need to check with your college.

According to a report of 2018 Minimum eligibility for PG courses, is candidate must pass in Bachelor's degree in relevant specializations. Selection to all the courses is done on the basis of entrance test followed by interview conducted by the college. For MCA TANCET score is mandatory for admission. B.Sc. Zoology / Adv. Other details could be checked on the official website of this college. Hope it helps!

All colleges have slightly different eligibility criteria viz,. For admission to students applying for MCA after B.Com. The important ones being:-
1. The overall percentage requirement in graduation ranges from 50% to 60%
2. Some college insist on similar percentage range in their XII (12th / Inter) exams.
3. Colleges also insist that students have Mathematics as a subject either in graduation or have passed XII with Mathematics. Students needs to check with the colleges they are applying on what exactly is the eligibility criteria of that particular college.

Yes, you can do cloud computing even after B.Com, but you need to check which particular course you are interested in according to it apply for the admission.

Hi,
You cannot do two degrees at a same time as per UGC rules, yes you can prepare for UPSC as for UPSC a degree is required, so it would be better you choose one degree.
