Hi,
B.Com courses don't have a very high market value unless and until a student pursues some business course like MBA or M.Com. Whereas, B.Com (Hons) being a specialization course, it offers better opportunities and good packages. It is highly valued by the business industry.

As per my experience and knowledge, B.Com private student take admission in any approved university for MBA, because for MBA the minimum requirement is that you have to post graduation degree with minimum 55% marks, there is no matter that you have passed your graduation from any private Institute or regular Institute.

As per my experience and knowledge, you can get admission in B.Com after passing XII in some universities, this show your class 12th marks, and in some universities they give you admission, but the minimum qualification is that you have to pass class 12th with minimum 60%.
