Yes, there is no degree to do class 10/12 from this university but you may do BPP (6 months) which is equivalent as 10+2 for IGNOU only. You can do a bank job after any graduation course as such there is no specifications. I would suggest you to go with the B.Com as it is more promising than the other two.
