You won't be able to purchase B.Com (Hons.) in Delhi University as eligibility for admission is that you should have Maths or business mathematics as a subject in 12th class. You can apply in simple B.Com in Delhi University.

Yes, you can easily get admission in Pune University easily in B.Com course. There is no such provision that only the regulars are allowed to take admission in this college and not the students who have a gap.

For B.Com, the admission start date is June 15, 2019 and admission end date is June 22, 2019 respectively.

You can join after 12th but it gives you B.Sc degree not B.Com.
