No, you cannot pursue a post graduation course with an under-graduation course. The eligibility criteria to pursue MBA is to be graduate in any discipline. So, you first have to complete your B.Com then only you will be eligible to apply for MBA.

Yes, there is a chance that you will get to see your name in the second or third list. And coming to the hostel thing, getting into JMI is easier than getting the hostel. You are a girl you may get it.
