admission for this course is based on merit . Your 12 marks are calculated against the cut off released by DU for particular course in particular college. You can fill up the form provided by delhi university on its website for under graduation courses.

In UPSC civil exams, most of the topics are from humanity subject. If you do BA in political science, that will be a good option in spite of doing B.Sc or B.Tech. B.Sc is also a good option after BA.

If you want to crack the exam, BA is the best option as it will help you with your political knowledge of a country and international geographical aspects of the world history of the whole the current affairs and it will keep you up to date, whereas, B.Com and B.Tech are specific subjects in a field, they won't be able to give you an overall knowledge as BA.

Dear friend,
A minimum of 50% required for MBA admission. So, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the MBA programme. If you want to take an entrance, there is no benefit of that particular exam.
