Yes, of course you could get admission in any college for BMS or B.Com. Every college has some quota reserved for students, try to contact the college body.
I will suggest you to go from written test and personal interview.

Then they can get promotion to the designation of Income Tax Officer after qualifying the departmental examination. Admission in GIM depends upon passing the cutoffs in CAT, XAT and CMAT. After that, your performance in GD PI round. Academics don't carry that weight unless it is for achievers round.
