No, it will be as good as regular graduation. This is because IGNOU is a very well established brand name in the field of distance education. People go for distance education when they are unable to go for a regular course. The only thing important is your scorecard. Work hard in your studies to keep your scorecard outstanding. However, the final decision is always yours.

Hi,
There are plenty of professional courses available for you to choose from when you are in the commerce stream.
One of the easiest things to do is go for B.Com then M.Com and then maybe Ph.D or professor.
There's also an option to go for CA, CS, CMA and at times LLB.
You also have the option of lesser known courses like FRM, CFA, actuary among others.
If interested, you can also go for various certification courses conducted which get completed in a short time.
If you wanna go for MBA, you have the option of preparing for and appearing in CAT.
You can also go for government jobs and jobs in banking sector.

M.Com because you can choose your specialisation better in M.Com as you have the required knowledge of B.Com. I would suggest you to take up M.Com.
