The minimum qualification for admission to the M.Phil program will be at least 55% marks in the aggregate in M.Com./ MIB/ MHROD/ MFC/ MBA and other such degrees which are equivalent to the MBA degree of the University of Delhi and other Indian universities. However, the candidates with degrees other than M.Com.

Open learning is provided without any preliminary qualification and experience. Whereas distance learning is mode of providing programs credit based through distance learning, study material, online or correspondence, etc.
In open learning credits are not given, that means non-credit based system and offer no diploma or degree.
Open learning programs is based on your age criteria and not required any prerequisite qualification it is just for the professional development.

There are several courses which you can do along with your B.Com but before you decide upon any course you should know what are your interests and career aspirations. The choices can be in the field of accounts (like CA, ICWA or CS), or you can opt for short term IT Courses, (Like SAP, 3D Animation computer programming etc.)

Sydenham-Mumbai accepts MAT score but cut-off and admission process for this year is not yet declared. The same is expected to be declared after CET test. Considering your marks in MAT, I would suggest you wait for the cut-off.

Many universities do accept the 3 years diploma for Bachelor degree but the diploma from valid and Recognised polytechnic institute.You need to check the particular university admission guidelines for the Admission.
