B.Com has gain more importance now a days, as you might not be aware, but form this year, board exam will be conducted in 1st year itself. So, there will be total of 6 board exams in 3 years and even after graduation, you can get job as per your choice. People graduating from B.Com can be a teacher with M.Com as an advantage, can join banks, can do business, can work with many companies as sales, marketing, accounting, back office, and many more options. So, don't take B.Com very lightly.

First of all, I am glad that you are very clear about what exactly you want to do and it doesn't matter if you got 60% marks in class 12th. I don't know much about Institutes offering game development courses, so I am skipping any suggestions regarding which Institutes to join. But, here is what I got to know while trying my hands in game development as a hobby. Game development is not just programming or just character designing or level designing, you have to be relatively good at everything, if you truly want to make production level game. Most graduates work in law firms after law school. Apart from law firms, you have the option to take a judicial clerkship, start solo practice, work for government or military, find a position in corporate legal department, work for a non-profit organization, or become a legal professor.

Yes, you can but you have to appear for an entrance exam to do B.Com as well. If you are in class 12th then study well, achieve a good score and then think about which field you should prefer.

Marks scored in graduation are considered to apply for B.Ed, not Master's degree. 50% for general category and 45% for reserved category. So, you are not eligible for B.Ed.
