Basically, science students face some difficulties at the 1st time, because they have no commerce background and they don't have any idea about accounts and business, e-commerce etc. But if a Science Student cover math, chemistry, physics, I'm 100% sure that they also cover B.Com very easily.

As per the rules laid down by DU only those students who have not opted for Math as an elective subject in class 11 and class 12 cannot get admission into B.com (H) or Eco (H).You can get B.com (Pass/Programme).

There are many options which are available after your B.Com. However, only having a graduation degree in commerce does not solve the purpose. To face the severe competition in the world, and to assure a decent job, one further needs to opt for either post-graduation or a professional course.
