You have very rare chance to get a call for GD PI even if you belong to reserved category but as I said rare. You can apply and wait. Most probably, you will get into waiting list if you are reserved category.

Both the courses are good. As you have done B.Com honors, then you can pursue MBA in finance. Otherwise, CS is also a good option.
