Hi,
See, it totally depends on how you assess your management skills. Though, management skills are present in everybody, you just need to learn about them and sharpen them. So, I would suggest you to get into management career and go for BBA to explore the great arena of management.
Just make sure you are going for a BBA from reputed college which gives you industry exposure too along with classroom studies.
Some of the best institutes for pursuing BBA are:
UPES Dehradun
Christ University Bangalore
Delhi UniversitySt. Xavier's College, Mumbai

If you have a minimum of 50% marks in your class 10th and 12th, and minimum 50% in your graduation, then MBA in aviation management is a course you can look at. UPES - Dehradun provides this course and it is favorite among many students.
After completing this course, you can make your career in the following areas:
1. Airline operations management.
2. Airline/airport revenue forecasting.
3. Fueling management.
4. Flight analysis.
5. Ticketing and passenger services.
6. Loyalty program management.
7. Corporate planning and strategy.
8. Business development.

Hello,
Actually, there are hundreds of career options available after completing B.Com. But, it depends on your interest that in which field you want to go. If we talk about further studies, then M.Com or MBA is good options. If you want to do a job, then there are too many competitive exams for which you can apply like - bank exams (SBI PO, IBPS PO, IBPS RRB, etc.), SSC CGL UPSC exams, railway exams, etc.
The eligibility required in most of exams is graduation. So, you can prepare for these exams.

Yes, you can. If you are a commerce graduate with an MBA then you will always get an edge over engineers if your basics are strong.
