You should opt for MBA in finance.

There are more opportunities for tally course. But, you should learn tally in work environment rather than learning and mug up because interviewer asks you the questions based on work, not theory. It will be great if you go after your graduation.

You must go for BBA. It will provide you a strong base and healthy support.

You can pursue BA or B.Com, it doesn’t matter. For UPSC any recognized degree is valid from any university. Thus, any graduation stream is sufficient for appearing in competitive exams.
