Top institutes will always charge more fee. Therefore, you should choose an institution based on your budget.
You can go for:
1. Acharya group.

Hi Neha, you cannot appear for the final year exam without qualifying for it which means you must complete the previous years and also pass the same. So, after 12th you must enroll into a B.Com degree and complete successive years to reach the final year.
