I would suggest you to give first priority to BBA and second priority to B.Com. All the best.

You can have following options to work in IT industry after B.Com:
(a) MBA to join in pre-sales, sales and account management roles.
(b) MBA with industry specialization such banking, healthcare, travel etc with IIBA certification to become a business analyst.
(c) MCA to become developer if you had maths in +2 stage.

Both CA and CS are good options. It depends on your ability and skills. CA has more prospects and job opportunities as compared to CS. But many companies offer amazing salary to CS. If you are trying to pursue B.Com + CA, you will need to study at least 4 hrs every day. Also, you will need to do an article ship to get the CA / CS certification.

It is quite low. I am not sure if any good university will be interested to take you. You will find a few options, the lesser known and less competitive universities.
