Better you should go after B.com which will for 3 years and after 12th its of 5 years. To secure admission you have to crack entrance exam.

If you are interested in language subjects the go and pursue any language's specialization like BA/MA.

Am I eligible to get admission? I have scored in class 10th: 70%, 12th: 74%, B.Com: 75% and CAT: 95 percentile. I am a fresher.

Yes, you are totally eligible. But the CAT exam scores will be accepted for the next year batch if you have appeared CAT this year.
