The eligibility criteria for B.E. / B.Tech at B.M. Institute of Engineering and Technology (BMIET) is:
- The interested candidate needs to appear for the JEE Main/IPU CET examination.
- For admission into B.Tech program, importance is given to JEE Main/IPU CET rank and marks in Physics, Chemistry and Math

B.M. Institute of Engineering and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

|---|---|
| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology & obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for Backward class, EWS & PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) can also apply. |
