Yes, students can definitely pursue a BPharm degree after completing a DPharma programme at Haridwar University. Usually, when students finish their DPharm degree, they don't have to start BPharm from the first year. Instead, they can join directly in the second year. This is called lateral entry. So, instead of a four-year course, BPharm will only take three years for them. This is a popular way to continue studying because it helps students to learn more and get a higher degree in Pharmacy. Therefore, DPharm students who join BPharm in the second year only need to study for three years.

The application form for BPharm at Haridwar University usually released on the month of January, each academic year. However, the deadline for submitting an application varies annually. CUET ( Common University Entrance Test ) is only accepted. and also it is based on First cum First service
You need minimum 50% in 10+2 with PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and you must be age of 17 at the time of admission

BPharm programme offered at Haridwar University is a four-year undergraduate degree course.
The BPharm lateral entry allows candidate to directly join the programme in the second year or third semester of BPharm course. Additionally, the basic eligibility criteria for entering in BPharm lateral programme is that candidate must complete the Diploma in pharmacy related subjects with a minimum aggregate of 50%. In the matter of higher studies and employment opportunities both programme is considerable equal.

Students who completed the Class 12 with arts subjects are not allowed to take admission to BParm at Haridwar University. HU follows the specific eligibility criteria for admission, which includes the candidate should complete Class 12 from Science subjects, including Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. Additionally, candidates have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their last qualifying examination. Pharmacy courses are designed in the way, that students with a Science background are only suitable to pursue, due to the scientific nature of the curriculum.

No, you are not allowed to open a clinic after completing the BPharm degree from Haridwar University. According to PCI (Pharmacy Council of India), pharmacist are not eligible to open their own clinics. For starting the clinic a person should be a holder of MBBS degree. Without an MBBS degree no one can operate a clinic or even prescribe medicine to patients. However, after completing the BPharm degree, you are applicable to obtain a license for the chemist/medicine shop. A pharmacist should always give medicine according to the prescription of doctor.
