There are a total of 60 seats for the BPharm programme at BITS Pilani. The seat allotment process is carried out as per on the basis of applicants scores in BITSAT. Candidates may have to participate in the rounds of counselling to get a seat. It is informed that the seat intake mentioned here is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change. Hence, is indicative.

The first-year of the UG course is divided into two semesters. There are a total of 12 subjects included in the course curriculum. Students can check below semester-wise list of subjects included in the BITS Pilani BPharm course curriculum:

First Semester:

BIT Pilani cutoff list for the BPharm course is prepared as per the applicants BITSAT scores. Hence, the cutoff marks vary every year. The last round score for admission in 2023 was 135, which shows an improvement from 2022, where the closing score was 109 for the General-All India category. Aspirants who meet the cutoff criteria become eligible for admission.

Candidates must meet course-specific eligibility requirements for BPharm course. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with Biology Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects and adequate in English, and obtained a minimum of 75% overall aggregate. The aspirants must hold the pass certificates at the time of form filling/admission. These documents are required for verification purposes.

NMIMS School of Pharmacy Shirpur admission to BPharm course is both merit and entrance-based. The school considers the CET score of the candidates for admission. Aspirants who have not appeared for CET may also apply subject to availability of seats.

If seats remain vacant after admitting CET candidate then Non CET candidate will be admitted based on Class 12 or equivalent exam marks of PCM/ PCB and the preferences given by the candidate at the time of online registration.

Yes, NMIMS School of Pharmacy Shirpur offers lateral entry to BPharm programme. Candidates who have passed Diploma in Pharmacy with at least 60% aggregate from PCI approved institute. The school selects candidates for lateral entry based on the marks of the candidates in DPharm.

Besides, candidates must also pass Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) to get a seat in the programme.
