Both are professional courses and also very similar. BPT is Bachelor of physiotherapy in which you treat the patients without medicine except using ointments or others requirements. B pharmacy is related to compounding and dispensing of drugs (medicines). So both are very inter related to one another. Talking about scope for pharmacy, you can be a drug inspector or drug officer and moreover can hold a reputed place in any higher authority like pharmacy councils.
