Yes, you can try for private universities. You can take admission on the basis of your +2 percentage.

Please try to appear for ICAR and your state entrance exams to join in B.Sc agriculture. Minimum score required in 12th is 55%.

Do masters in biotechnology and a B.Ed. You can apply for teaching in a school. You can become a PGT.

Try hard, you will pass your class 12th maths supplementary exam and if you fail in the supplementary exam too, you have to do class 12th again.

No, you don't need to give ICAR examination for B.Sc agriculture. there are many private Universities which are giving direct admission on the basis of 12th marks.
