Syllabus is, NCERT class 11th and class 12th for Chemistry, Physics and Biology as well. But, it will be better if you also study outside NCERT. You can study medical modules of some coaching institutes or some medical reference. Also, make sure to practice previous year question papers, which will be available on bhu website.

Chemistry and mental agility are compulsory. Rest, you have a choice between Maths and Physics /Biology /Agriculture. That means, yes you can attempt agriculture with chemistry and mental agility.
