B.Sc (Computer Science) Eligibility:
For seeking admission in B.Sc. Computer Science, the student must have cleared higher secondary grade (10+2) from a recognized board.
For lateral entry, some colleges like Annamalai University offer admission to 2nd year of the program, for which the student must have minimum 75% marks in the previous year of program in the same discipline or 3-year diploma in technical field after 10th standard.

Lateral entries are normally granted to students who have a good academic track record. You should check with the admission authorities of your college for minimum qualifications required to apply for lateral entries. Also, before you give up your seat in the current college, make sure you secure a seat in the target institute for B.Sc. in computer science.

Documents required to apply for lateral entry are most likely decided by the institute from where you are leaving. Normally a transfer student would require a transfer certificate, pass certificates for previous semesters and approval form the former college. I have provided you a link of Calicut University.
