You are eligible for B.Sc, but pursue B.Tech rather than B.Sc, because B.Sc is 3 year graduate degree course, while B.Tech is 4 year technical degree course. Since you have done Diploma, you could get admission in 2nd year direct by lateral entry schemes and could pursue 4 year of course only in 3 year. Value of B.Tech is more as compare to B.Sc.

Pursue AMIE along with B.Sc elex.

Eligibility:
1. Age: Candidates age not less than 18 years and not more than 22 years for Male Constable & Constable PSC, 18 to 25 years for Female Constable. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and such other categories of candidates of Uttar Pradesh maximum age relaxation will be admissible as per rules.
2. Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10th class & 12th standard/ Equivalent from recognized Institution.
3. Physical Standards:
a. Male candidates should be able to run for a distance of 4.8 KM in 27 (Twenty Seven) minutes in one chance.
b. Female candidates should be able to run for a distance of 2.4 KM in 16 (Sixteen)

TET eligibility:
1) You must be of Indian origin.
2) A graduation degree from a recognized university.
3) A B.Ed degree is also mandatory.
4) At least 50 percent marks.
5) There is no age limit to appear for the exam.
TGT Eligibility criteria:
Candidate should be complete graduation or any equivalent degree with at least of 50% marks.
Candidate should be a citizen of India.
The minimum age is 21 years and there is no maximum age limit.
