The total fee structure will be between INR 50,000 and 5 lakhs. It depends on the college you choose.
Some entrance exams are:
1) AIMAUGAT
2) BMHMMAT
3) BVP CET
4) Oberoi STEP

Different colleges have different charges. Go and check their official websites. But according to me this course charges 70k+ per year.

Total fee of KLE University for B.Sc in cardiac care technology excluding hostel and mess charges is 3.01 Lakhs INR, which is the tuition component. Hostel and mess charges are extra.
