All B.Sc courses have same scope, and it is only a matter of choice. B.Sc in Genetics is relatively new and it is slightly more in demand. But, pursue it only if you have interest in it.

Through internship, I am assuming that you're interested in doing some research work or project, so the best way is to start looking for nice institutes nearby your places where you can easily visit, then check the faculty of desired topic, and the professor you would like to work with, you can send them a mail including all the skills you've and why would you like to work with them. If they like your CV and statement of purpose they will respond you back positively otherwise you can try to other too, there is always a way if you're interested a lot to work upon something. Yes, obviously, but you could have chosen good technology or food processing technology as you have a very good background of microbiology and chemistry. This line provides you better scope but it's okay that you are doing Diploma in nutrition as this also has a bright career. Whatever you are doing, do it with all your focus and you will come out with bright colors.
