Yes, You can pursue M.V.Sc in Veterinary Microbiology after B.Sc from Microbiology but not all the universities allow this. Some universities allow this. It depends on the university.
In whatsoever university you are applying, crosscheck their eligibility.

However, I could not find the last year's cutoff for admission into the B.Sc. Microbiology programme at EMEA College of Arts and Science, Kondotti.
