In order to be eligible for a Microbiology entrance exam after class 12, candidates generally need to have passed their class 12 board exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects. A minimum aggregate score of 50% - 60% is required. There might be relaxation in that for some categories. Some institutions may also consider candidates with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or other combinations.
