You can pursue a Diploma in Forensic Science which is a 1-year course. The eligibility criteria for the Diploma is passing 12th or equivalent exam with minimum 50% marks However, I could not find any information on 1 year CS Diploma after B.Sc. (h) forensic Science and PCB in 12th. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
