The real effort that you may require to put is in organic Chemistry because of the variety of questions that can be created using the chemical reactions. Thus when you are taught any topic in organic Chemistry you better read it again from a standard book and try to solve chemical equations based on the topic. You also need to keep in mind that questions can be framed by combining different chemical reactions. So try to create interconnections between topics which contain chemical reactions.
