If you have passed a three-year Poly Technic Diploma in CE, you can try for Lateral Entry into B Tech. There a LE exam please get details from the Director of Technical Education in your state or the Entrance Admission Authority in your state.

The pre part of UPSC CSE is dominated by History, GS, Political Science and Geography. For main you can choose those subject which interest you. UPSC CSE require continuity and time.
