No, there is no entrance test for B.Sc at Saraswati Mahila Mahavidyalaya. The only eligibility criteria is 50% in 12th.
Candidates may apply if they have passed their 12th grade or its equivalent from any accredited school or board. Applicants pursuing Agriculture will be able to enroll in the Biology group.

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Tirupati
Pursuing B.Sc at IISER, Tirupati is not that expensive. Total expenditure is almost 1 Lakh Per Annum.
The fee distribution in INR is like this:
Caution Money (One Time, Refundable) 2,000
One Time Fees 2,800
Tuition Fee (per Semester) 44,370
Other Fees (per Semester) 2,700
In addition if you take the college hostel then it is around INR 5,000 per semester and INR 500 as one time caution money.
Also there is 100% tuition fee waiver for Sc/St/Pwd students and various scholarships for students of all categories.

Some good colleges for B.Sc in biotechnology are VIT Vellore, Christ university Bangaluru, JMI New Delhi, Chandigarh university and more. Some good colleges for cyber security include Bennett University, Gujarat university, CGC ( chandigarh), VIT Vellore, IIT Delhi, Amity university Noida and many more but these are the top ones.
